ELO, FRIENDS, AND MATCHMAKING
- Reset all player stats including elo, played games, champ data, etc.
- Removed old elo system and replaced it with a net positive system.
- Elo is now based on your total wins. Every game won/tied is +1 elo and every game lost simply prevents elo gain.
- Elo can only be lost through dodging or leaving games.
- Elo tiers are now as follows: [Tier 1] 0-25; [Tier 2] 26-75; [Tier 3] 76-200; [Tier 4] 201-500+
- Matchmaking is now indefinitely randomized, as skilled based matchmaking cannot exist with the new system.
- The rule preventing alts is temporarily halted as there should be no reason to make alts outside of anonymity.
- Indefinitely, your friends list will now show everyone who is online, effectively removing the functionality of a "friends list."
SHOP CHANGES
Skins have had their prices changed to reflect the quality of the skin in comparison to others. The new prices are as follows:

BACKPACK REWORK
All backpacks have been reworked from the ground up, effectively removing all original bags and replacing them with all new ones.
There are too many bags to list here so please check out the wiki for more details. But here is a brief description of the bags and their gimmicks.
- Champion's Backpack - Pretty much unchanged. Cannot replace the GOAT.
- Assassin's Starter-Kit - Playstyle: Assassin, high damage low survivability | Gimmick: "Night Sword" on kill briefly enter stealth
- Choose Goose's Lootbox - Playstyle: RNG | Gimmick: "Demonic Wishing Eye" allows abilities to crit
- Nurse Pound Cake's Medkit - Playstyle: Support | Gimmick: "Simon Petrikov's Glasses" buffs nearby allies' power damage
- Techno Tank - Playstyle: Tank | Gimmick: "Robo Suit" High defenses + increasing speed stacks that can be used to slow target
- Huntress Wizard's Arsenal - Playstyle: Jungler | Gimmick: "Demon Blood Sword" increases damage to jungle monsters and gives unique buffs for slaying monsters
- Candy Monarch Regalia - Playstyle: Laner | Gimmick: "Grape Juice Sword" increases damage to minions and buffs nearby minions
- Daredevil's Duffel Bag - Playstyle: Snowballing | Gimmick: "Lightning Sword" increases PD on kill
- Billy's Bag - Playstyle: ADC | Gimmick: "Grass Sword" enhances next critical attack periodically
- Nearly Ultimate Wizard Wear - Playstyle: High Burst AP | Gimmick: "Wizard Robe" grants stacking CDR on kill
- Sorcerous Satchel - Playstyle: High CDR AP | Gimmick: "Lich's Hand" grants increased spell damage when hitting same target
- Bindle of Bravery - Playstyle: Bruiser | Gimmick: "Peppermint Tank" deals additional damage to close range targets
- Susan's Shredder - Playstyle: Anti-Tank | Gimmick: "Glob's Helmet" deals increased damage to targets with more max HP
- Hybrid Haversack - Playstyle: AP/AD Hybrid | Gimmick: "Fight King's Sword" and "Cosmic Gauntlet" alternate in enhancing your attacks and abilities
- Vampire Rocker Gear - Playstyle: High Vamp | Gimmick: "AX Bass" prevents outside healing but grants extreme attack vamp
BALANCE UPDATES
General Changes
- Reworked armor/MR system to deal flat percentage reduction based on stats 1 armor = 1% physical damage reduction
- Changed all champions' base stats with most ranged champs at 0 base stats, melee at 5 armor/5 MR, and tanks at 10 armor/10 MR. For more details, check out the wiki
- Removed Herobrine
Cinnamon Bun
- BUFF: Ability damage reduction to towers decreased from 50% to 25%
Flame Princess
- NERF: Decreased attack range from 6.4 to 6.0
- NERF: Abilities now need to damage something to activate FP's passive
Hunson
- BUFF: Removed damage fall off from hitting the same target multiple times with Q
- BUFF: Third hit with Q now does 75% increased damage
- BUFF: Increased E PD scaling from 50% to 60%
Ice King
- BUFF: Increased W PD scaling from 30% to 40%
- BUFF: Increased E PD scaling from 20% to 50%
Lemongrab
- BUFF: Increased health scaling from 35 to 50
The Lich
- CHANGE: Skully's basic attack damage is now 10 + 40% Lich's AP
Marceline
- NERF: Reduced Q damage scaling from 80% to 60%
- NERF: Reduced Beast Form Q root duration from 3 seconds to 2 seconds
Princess Bubblegum
- CHANGE: PB's Turret now does 10 + 40% PB's AP
BUG FIXES
- Fixed minion pathing where they would frequently walk backwards. Now minions should walk to the closest point going towards the enemy base
- Fixed numerous bugs over the course of multiple hotfixes during the 1.4 playtest
- Fixed an issue where FP's passive would always proc on hitting a tower, even when the passive was on cooldown
- Fixed an issue where Fionna's blue sword would cause weird rounding values for defensive stats
- Fixed an issue where chaining fear would not work on rooted/stunned characters
