Jump doing AoE (60 + 40% power damage). Hero Power: Billy's attack speed is increased by 70% for 4 seconds and his speed is increased by 0.5 for 6 seconds.

Cooldown: 14s (12s at level 10)

Nothung (E)

Billy strikes a pose and calls a giant Nothung a set distance away doing (175 + 60% power damage) AoE. Hero Power: Nothung persists for 4.5 seconds doing (875 + 60% power damage) per second. Multiple hits scale damage down by number of hits.
