Small hit area that does 25 + 55% power damage, knocks an opponent back. Hero Power: stuns for 1.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 10s, 8s at level 10

Ground Pound W

Jump doing AoE damage: 30 + 45% power damage. Hero Power: Billy's attack speed is increased by 70% and his speed is increased by 0.5 for 5 seconds.

Cooldown: 14s, 12s at level 10

Nothung E

Billy strikes a pose and calls a giant Nothung that deals 155 + 60% power damage AoE. Initial damage to enemies located at the epicenter is increased by 10%.

Hero Power: Nothung persists for 4.5 seconds, dealing 380 + 60% power damage per second. When hitting multiple enemies, each target takes 15% less damage for every additional enemy affected, but damage never drops below 40% per target.
