Ring of Frosting E

Cinnamon Bun can place up to 2 rings that deal 50 + 60% power damage per-second AoE damage, with a final burst after 4.5 seconds or by pressing E again.

These 2 rings can be placed on top of one another to make a larger ring with 2x range. Small rings deal 25% more damage. While Cinnamon Bun is standing inside a ring, he gains a 10% buff to movement speed.
